Terms of Use & Payment Policy

1. Terms

All sales are final. By purchasing in our store, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this Sarah Titus, LLC shop are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the shop's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
      1. modify or copy the materials;
      2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
      3. attempt to recompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the shop’s web site;
      4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
      5. transfer the materials to another person outside of your household or 'mirror' the materials on any other server. If you share, please share the sign up page or link with discount code, not the actual product.
  2. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Sarah Titus, LLC. at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
  3. You agree that Sarah Titus, LLC. contains proprietary content that is owned by the company and/or its licencors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other applicable intellectual property laws. Duplicating, sharing or uploading product files to sharing sites is considered stealing, and the company will prosecute such misconduct to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on the shop’s website are provided 'as is'. The shop makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, the shop does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Limitations

In no event shall the shop be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, damages as a result of an app, platform, or website this shop uses to maintain normal business procedures, or due to business or personal interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the shop's website, even if the shop or an authorized agent of this shop has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the shop's website or within products may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. The shop does not warrant that any of the materials on its website or in products are accurate, complete, or current. The shop may make changes to the materials contained on its website or within products at any time without notice. The shop does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

6. Links

The shop has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by the shop of the site or its products. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

7. Site Terms of Use Modifications

The shop may revise these Terms of Use for its shop or website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

8. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the shop's website shall be governed by the laws of the shop owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

Another way in which I am compensated is through sales or leads generated through affiliate marketing links.

It is important for me to mention that I will never put a link up just to make money. I am extremely picky over what I chose to promote, and everything is prayed over before making my decision. Most of the companies I have affiliate marketing accounts with, are ones that I have had before I began blogging, and have personally used myself throughout the years.

Some of my personal favorite companies that I use and promote are:

Clicking on an affiliate link and making a purchase or signing up for a service will be earning me a commission if an affiliate link is being used.

10. Payment Policy

You are responsible to pay for the Sarah Titus, LLC. product in full before receiving the product download (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit/debit card or other payment method. We do not offer a payment plan on our products and all of our products are digital products. Nothing will be shipped to you. 

In the case of a system error, you must pay for the product immediately upon discovering the error. If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (60) days, the company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the company's sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing.

11. Refunds Policy

Our commitment is to change people's lives and add as much value as we can. I'm on a mission to help every mom be able to stay home with her kids, regardless of her income.

With that said, we originally had a refunds policy in place, but had to close it because we were getting many scams. There is no longer any refund policy in place of any kind. You agree to this when you order in our shop.

12. Indemnification

Customer hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Sarah Titus, LLC., its affiliated companies, and its respective employees, officers, directors, trustees, and agents harmless from and against any and all losses, claims, suits, actions, liabilities, obligations, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) relating to or arising out of (i) a breach of customer's obligations under this agreement, (ii) customer's violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations; (iii) customer's failure to comply with any applicable privacy law, (iv) customer's participation in the shop; or (v) claims by third-parties with respect to intellectual property rights of which third-parties may have an interest.

13. No Warranties

TO THE EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW, THE PROGRAM, THE PRODUCTS IN THIS SHOP ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OUT OF A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS AND ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED. SARAH TITUS, LLC., ITS SUPPLIERS, LICENSORS, AND ADVERTISING PARTNERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE PRODUCTS OR ON THIS SITE OR OUR PARTNER'S SITES WILL BE CORRECT, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. THE FOREGOING DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY IS A FUNDAMENTAL PART OF THE BASIS OF SARAH TITUS, LLC. BARGAIN HEREUNDER, AND THAT SARAH TITUS, LLC. WOULD NOT ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT ABSENT SUCH DISCLAIMER.

14. Severability

If any of the provisions of this agreement is or becomes illegal, unenforceable or invalid (in whole or in part for any reason), the remainder of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect without being impaired or invalidated in any way.

14. Technical support

Technical support is not included. You are responsible to make sure that you can open the PDF's, files, or pictures with software on the device you are using. Our products do not work on iphones and some cell phones. We will never ask you to pay an additional fee just to open said files. If you get some sort of message such as that, it is not coming from our shop but something external on your device.

15. Discount Codes

If you have a discount code, only one code is allowed in the system per order. If you are getting two things free, for example, or want to use two discount codes, you'll need to place separate orders. 

Your download link is set to expire after 180 days. If you miss the 180 day window to download your item and it is no longer available for free or at a discounted rate, you can try to see if that product is still free or discounted, if so, use the same code and reorder in the shop. If it's not still discounted and you want the item, you'll want to pay for it. 

Please note that we are unable to replace links, whether you got the item free, at a discount, or paid full price. Due to the amount of orders we receive, we do not have space to keep them past 180 days. The actual product is yours to keep on your computer for life, for personal use only as described in our license rights.

No exceptions will be made to this policy.

If we have due cause to believe that our business is being hurt or threatened in any way or if any of this agreement is broken, Sarah Titus, LLC. retains the right to block any future access to this site, the Sarah Titus blog (www.SarahTitus.com) and/or all products sold now or in the future.
